Railmotor Models has a 3R policy.
REPAIR, REPLACE, REFUND...
1.) Any claim made under the Railmotor Models RRR policy must be made within 120 days of purchase.
2.) Any defective parts must be returned to Railmotor Models (or the place of purchase) for a replacement of the part to be made.
3.) Repairs will be covered should the model be damaged by packaging; or if it can be clearly established that the damage occurred during transport to / from the place of purchase.
4.) For a full refund, the whole model must be returned to Railmotor Models where an assessment will be made before the refund is issued.
